By purchasing a Mooni Gift Voucher or Experience Card, you agree to the terms outlined in our full voucher policy:

1. Valid for 12 months from purchase – must be redeemed before the expiry date
2. Experience Cards are redeemable only for the booked treatment, date, and time
3. Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
4. Cannot be used with other offers or discounts
5. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued
6. Rescheduling requires 48+ hours’ notice and our booking & cancellation policy applies
